The city of Pala is about 25 Kms from Ettumanoor. If you are coming from Trivandrum by road, come to Ettumanoor via Kottayam. Or, if you are coming from Ernakulam by road, come to Ettumanoor via Vaikom. If You are taking train (either from Ernakulam or Trivandrum to Kottayam), you can arrive at Ettumanoor or Kottayam station depending upon the train.

From Ettumannoor:

Take Ettumanoor – Pala road, drive around 24 Kms to reach the Pala Valiyapalam to take the Pala – Ponkunnam road. The bridge is across Meenachil river. The road leading to the church is 0.2 kms from the bridge. And this is the very first right turn from the road as you leave the bridge. Sign board of ‘EPV Hospital’, ‘Kadappattoor Temple’ are prominently displayed at this junction. Enter this road, and continue for 0.5 kms and you can see the big arch gate to the church complex on your right. Enter the gate and continue for 100-200 feet and you will be directed to the parking lot.
